Any REPAIR involves two basic steps:
1. Inspection (Look) = Job Start
2. Repair (Fix) = Job Finish
To begin a CCD REPAIR process, an INSPECTION deposit is required at check-in, this determines the job:
(a) INSPECTION TIME (queue position)
(b) REPAIR limit point for us to either proceed to Step 2 OR stop/quote
A qualified/experienced CCD technician performs the INSPECTION & confirms:
1. What the problem is? (fault diagnosis)
2. What REPAIR cost is? (labour/parts)
After the INSPECTION is complete, the REPAIR limit chosen then dictates whether our CCD technician will:
(a) goto Step 2 (immediately) OR...
(b) NOT goto Step 2 (stop/quote)
A COMPLETED* REPAIR includes:
1. Quality CCD technician repair
2. Our CCD Repair Guarantee
3. INSPECTION deposit REFUND
(ie Payable = Repair Total - Deposit)
*non-completed repair = rejected quote/no fault found/user error = inspection deposit converts to inspection fee (ie non-refundable)
