Joe was excellent. He gave us lots of good information about cameras and how to take good care of them. He also told us about the services CCD offers and showed comparison photos to show the effectiveness of the work carried out. It was great to get the information from someone who has vast knowledge and experience. To improve? Maybe a bit less about light and colour, but I really wouldn't recommend changing much. I was very happy with the whole presentation.
