I had my camera repaired by CCD after I had a fall and the screen stopped working, the technician found the issue within a matter of days and I had my camera back without too much delay. I highly recommend CCD for both their service and their price.
I've been a regular CCD customer since 2011. I like being able to deal directly with experienced camera technicians every time I have any issues with my camera equipment. They fixed my 18-250mm lens & do all my sensor cleans...I can highly recommend these guys.

Very friendly, helpful & professional service. They went out of their way to assist with a further problem which was repaired without fuss. Great to have all that knowledge to draw on & at very reasonable rates.
Phoned CCD re possible water damage to camcorder and a possible card data recovery. Delivered camera to workshop. Repairs carried out that afternoon and camera picked up at 4:00 pm. The whole process of booking job in, length of repair time, deposits, etc were clearly explained. It is indeed very rare these days to have such a clear process for repairs and for the repair to be completed the same day. The video camera recorder is now in A1 condition. I could not be happier. CCD was great to deal with.
I still ask myself why I decided to have a go at cleaning my camera. How hard could it be? As you can guess, it all went terribly pear shaped, and what started out a few dots through the viewfinder soon became a black cloud through said viewfinder! Thank goodness I found Joe at CCD! Not much Joe doesn't know about repairing cameras. And enlightening camera owners. My camera is now back, better than ever, and in quick time and very reasonable cost. It will go to visit Joe yearly for a sensor clean and maintenance check. Thanks Joe. And I promise not to do it again. :)

I love my waterproof camera, it takes great pictures & I know how to use it. But, when I accidentaly damaged it by plugging the USB charge cable incorrectly, I nearly cried because I didn't really want to buy a new one. So, I took it to CCD Camera Service...my camera now works perfectly again & it was actually much cheaper than I first thought. And the best part is, I don't have to spend hours learning how to use a new camera that I didn't want/need to buy. Thanks CCD, great job!
100% amazing, got me in at 5:30pm on a Thursday with the intention of giving my camera back that night if fixable because I was leaving for a holiday the next morning, the updates on the cameras issues were prompt and every promise made was stuck to! Although it couldn't be fixed in the time frame allocated I was still serverly impressed with the professionalism and swift service I was provided! Would 100% recommend to anyone with camera problems and if any issues happen in the future CCD will definately be my first choice.
CCD did a magnificent job repairing my camera, teleconverter and lens...the last of which looked truly beyond salvaging. I can't speak highly enough of their service and feel that we are fortunate to have someone available who can still fix things.
Highly recommended for all photographers and camera users in need of a repair or service to any camera. I've used CCD a few times now, one of those was for a emergency clean of both lens and camera body after being splashed with salt water. Clean was thorough and done same day. They also do my sensor cleans and lens calibrations. Very knowledgeable and experienced technician. Anyone need some work done go in and see CCD they will fix all your problems.
