I had a memory card fail on me and delete a clients images from a event. I was freaking and contacted CCD the next day, booked in right away and completed very fast! And really affordable. Thankfully when I got home I found he recovered all my event images. Instant relief. Thank you and great service. Very happy customer. Phoned CCD re possible water damage to camcorder and a possible card data recovery. Delivered camera to workshop. Repairs carried out that afternoon and camera picked up at 4:00 pm. The whole process of booking job in, length of repair time, deposits, etc were clearly explained. It is indeed very rare these days to have such a clear process for repairs and for the repair to be completed the same day. The video camera recorder is now in A1 condition. I could not be happier. CCD was great to deal with.
